Anno Domine - Trans-Siberian Orchestra - The Lost Christmas Eve (CD, Album)

Composer, producer, and creative guiding light Paul O'Neill is taking his Trans-Siberian Orchestra concept into a new chapter of the Christmas story with The Lost Christmas Eve. In this symphonic rock opera, the screaming guitars, pounding percussion, orchestral crescendos, and wailing vocals tell the story of a group of disparate and desperate New York City characters from different walks of life whose fates are intertwined in a Christmas Eve Brand: Atlantic.

This CD is a great Christmas CD with just down right great rock music. The only thing making it undeserving of a 5 star rating is that I feel it isnt as good as the previous cds put out by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The lyrics and story that go along with this CD are also very good and a very touching story.

  1.  · The story that unfolds during Trans-Siberian Orchestra's third Christmas CD deals with angels visiting New York City, which gives this orchestrated rock group a chance to draw upon a wide variety of modern music. The jaunty "Christmas Nights in Blue" sounds like it was influenced by Louis Jordan and is the coolest moment the orchestra has ever offered, while the driving "Christmas Jam" /10(44).

  2. The Lost Christmas EveLyrics The Lost Christmas Eve On a street in the night In the cold winter’s light A child stands alone and she’s waiting And the light that’s out there It just hangs in the air As if it was just hesitating And the snow it comes down And it muffles the sound Of dreams on their way to tomorrow And when they appear.

  3. Comes with page booklet. Packaged in cardboard O-Sleeve For the similar matrix promo copy, see Trans-Siberian Orchestra - The Lost Christmas Eve. This is a different pressing plant to Trans-Siberian Orchestra - The Lost Christmas Eve/5(5).
