Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr)
But alas, it remains hidden gem on this sorely underrated album. She details an emotionally, verbally, and physically abusive relationship she experienced and how it affected her. It is a gut-wrenching, soul-bearing song that left listeners in tears. Kelly perfectly embodies the emotion of the song, and her delivery will soothe your soul and leave your eyes watery from welling up with tears.
It is the perfect soundtrack to go alongside your favorite glass of red. The vibe the song creates is lush and warm, just as red Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) makes you feel. The title is actually perfect, but the song is even more so. Kelly, but nevertheless is an enjoyably slinky mid-tempo with clear, pristine vocals. Luckily, the deluxe edition delivers. Sounding like it was straight out the 90s with its electric guitar, sensual innuendos and soaring, blow-you-away vocals from Kelendria, it is yet another pristine prize to add to her catalogue.

The name of the game is love, and each song defines a rule about how love should and should not feel. And make no mistake, the song is truly a Kelly Rowland track that features Mrs.
Carter and Ms. Will there be a huge hit coming out of this album? Probably not. But chances are that it will be remembered more than her previous releases. She seems to have abandoned her dance fans which is a shame as her voice fits the beat so well like no other current female singer nowadays.
I have to say this is my first album that i listened from Kelly Rowland and i am proud to say Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) i am not disappointed. Her vocals are I have to say this Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) my first album that i listened from Kelly Rowland and i am proud to say that i am not disappointed. Her vocals are phenomenal and the lyrics are very well written with a good beat. My results : 1. When Kelly started the promotional campaign for this comeback album, it sounded like she was upgrading herself musically and artistically.
Unfortunately that turned out to be wrong. Sure there are some great songs in there, like "Dirty Laundry" a masterpiece and "Red Wine", but the rest sounds dull and repetitive. Outsells What fave? And lets not forget first week sales with a tanking second week doesnt mean anything if u still flop in thet longrun ppl love to joke abt 37k when it went on to do over k and close to gold ww with ZERO promotion whereas some ppl do a strong first week and FLOP their 2nd ….
Love it. I even already have my favorites. The ppl who have negative things to say about this album are the typical haters who have always wanted to Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) her fail. But I truly feel Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) brought it with this album. What irrelevant ho is next?! Ashlee Simpson? I actually used to fight for kelly…. I think she had the best voice in destiny child…but hey.
I know what I like right away and to be completely honest only 2 songs really sound promising. She deserves all the success this era. Kelly is bringing it. She has come into her own. So you hatemongers must DEAL. Please believe me when I say Ms. Kelly is NOT playing this go-round. This is Kellys first complete album. I will ofcourse buy this next week.
I do feel like I would be crazy to not own this album knowing how much I am feeling this! Oh no! I would want this album for a coaster! She wonders why she is beyonce shadow…. So this is what you have to present to the world Keliandflopa?? Child keep that day job huh!
I heard back up dancers get paid more, than flop singers…. Did you snap your fingers and twirl away after you typed that? I personally liked what I have heard and have heard some cuts in whole and I am impressed with her growth as an artist. Work mama! I will need to hear the songs in Kelly Rowland - Talk A Good Game (Sampler) (CDr) to make a judgement.
A few of the clips sound like bangers, and some sound like fillers…. I think it sounds like a nice album. You gotta appeal to white America if you wanna profit, period! After listening to the snippets it only made me anxious to hear the full songs. Not feeling it! I will reserve my comments until I have heard the songs in their entirely. This album sounds like straight with a little better production.
The only standout tracks from first listen. Not the best songs being on the second half of the album. The problem is the first half of the album has no umph. Cool concept. Cool production. Cool chorus. I love the fact that she samples a Joni Mitchell classic, following in the footsteps of one of her biggest inspirations; Ms. Jackson of course.
Probably one of the best lyrical efforts on the album. Dirty Laundry. You Changed. I Remember. Red Wine. This Is Love. Street Life. Stand in Front of Me. Kelly Rowland.
